Charlottesville Area Masters of Real Ale

Happy New Years!

The next CAMRA Membership meeting will be Tuesday January 10th beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Timberwood Grill.  On the agenda for the 10th is:

- Officer Elections
- Round Table Discussions
- Club Only Competition - Dark Lagers (BJCP Category 4)

The Round Table Discussions will be up to everyone to contribute ideas.  We'll have two tables set up for discussions.  It can be a discussion of a new recipe (don't forget to bring a sample), a brewing technique, a style, anything brewing.  The key is everyone is responsible for suggesting topics for discussion.

If you have a topic you'd like to suggest, please respond to this message with the idea.  At the beginning of the meeting, we will have everyone vote for 2-4 topics and select the most popular.  You don't have to be an expert to participate, just participate...

We hope to see you there on the 10th!

I will offer the topic of "Black" styles.  Are they new styles or just a temporary fad?

I'll bring bottles of my Black California Common to taste.
