I don't know about fishberries, but I'll tell you that consuming brew with tobacco in it is VERY dangerous. Alcohol solubilizes far more nicotine from the tobacco leaves than you would get from smoking or chewing it. Aside from the politics and taxation of alcoholic beverages, it's no wonder the federal government would want to make Choc illegal from just a simple safety standpoint.
