3 oz Biscuit malt
3 oz Crystal 120L

1oz Willamette 5.4%AA first wort hops
1/2 oz Styrian Goldings 3.5% @ 20min
1/2 oz Styrian Goldings @ 5 min

1/2tsp Irish moss @ 20min

Mash w/10.5qts water @ 155F for 60 min
my notes are sketchy on exactly how much sparge water I used and what temperature, but I ended up with about 6.5 gallons pre-boil, and 5 gallons in the carboy

I really liked the bitter.  I have not used Styrian Goldings that much and I think I should give them a shot.  Thanks for sharing the recipe.
