Wow! Just...wow.  Only time will tell if this purchase by a larger conglomerate will change operation or product of the company.  Interesting purchase for sure.

My brother and I were chatting about this tidbit of news.  He wisely pointed out that Fritz is definitely getting on in years and it is not surprising that he is retiring.  However, we both were surprised by the sale of it to a much larger corporation with a (likely) different long-term view of what Anchor should be doing.

Greg is right, only time will tell what will happen.
