February Meeting at Timberwood

Please let us know if you are planning on attending the meeting on 2/2/10?

We may reschedule if too many are staying home. If that's the case we'll try to push it back a week.

I'd suggest waiting until tonight or tomorrow morning to make this call.  The forecast for tomorrow appears to be changing.  I just saw an update that has snow sleet starting late Tuesday night.

Yikes! I didn't even know this was coming! And it looks like we're getting another storm next weekend. Well, I won't be attending the meeting if it's sleeting and snowing. Sorry, but I still have nightmares from my 5 hour drive back in December.  Just saw that a poll has been posted.  I'll chime in on that.
I voted that I plan on attending.  Assuming ice and snow doesn't accumulate, I plan on being at the meeting. If there is accumulation on the roads when I leave work, then I'm going home instead of Timberwood.  Hope to see everyone tomorrow.

Hey all,
I voted yes--that is unless the weather changes.

I've changed my vote to push it out a week.  They are calling for bad weather tomorrow afternoon/evening.  I think we'd be better off pushing it to next week.

If the powers that be push the meeting I can roll with that. Last minute (ie 4pm) notification is a-ok too.

Based on the comments, it looks like Will, Greg, Tom, Christopher, and Jamey are the only ones going either week. In addition to me as well.

According to NBC 29 this is supposed to be little or no accumulation.

That's what I saw too.  I'm fine with little or no accumulation.  In that case, I will be there either week.  It doesn't matter to me.

The weather reports I'm seeing are 2 to 4 inches of snow and starting a few hours after lunch.

Nbc 29 says 2-4".

I think we should move the meeting to next week.  No need to drive in crappy road conditions after a beer or two.
