Aged Lambic Hops?
« on: July 11, 2009, 09:59:38 AM »

Hey Brewers,
Just wondering if anyone has any lambic-style aged hops for trade or sale?
Thanks!

I've got some old hops (been kept air-tight in the feezer for about 18 months) that are not as old and stale as needed, but they might do the trick if you let them warm and dry out of a while at room temp in a paper bag.  (Fuggles, Hallertau, etc.)

They will only cost you about $3 kagillian dollars per half ounce. Wink

Talk to me at John's gig today.

I can swing a zillion tops but that's my ceiling for old ass hops. Yes, I would like some. You can have some useless bottling equipment in exchange.  Cheesy
