Where to buy disposable oxygen cylinders?
« on: October 03, 2008, 06:07:43 AM »

Hey All,
I'm switching from aeration to oxygenation and am wondering where people are buying their disposable oxygen cylinders. Martin Hardware had one in stock. I bought it. The valve housing was rusty.  Sad The back of the tank said to throw it away if it was rusty or dirty. Lame. I'll probably return it and get my money back.

Hopefully, those of you oxygenating your wort can point me in the right direction! I checked at Lowes and they said they didn't carry them.

Thanks!

Not all chemicals are bad. Without chemicals such as hydrogen and oxygen, for example, there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer. --Dave Barry

I think you can get them at Lowes, but I have never looked for one.
