Jamey's Indian Brown Ale
« on: December 06, 2007, 07:43:21 AM »

I was really surpised by this beer.  Jamey makes some good stuff, but I did not know what to make of a opaque brown liquid with a cream colored head and a good dose of hop odor.  It was really good.  My palet said IPA and brown ale at the same time, though more to IPA in taste.  It was very drinkable and my wife liked it, which is really good for me because when she starts asking for specific beers, I can brew more.

My only comment was there was a lot of crud in the bottom of the bottle.  Jamey already knows this and said he will run the beer through secondary next time to help it clear and reduce the crud transfered to the bottle (or use a bottling bucket   Wink ).

Excellent beer, Jamey.

My crud prefers to be called "trubeous matter."  Smiley
Me want to taste.
Not crud, that is, but beer.
