Fellow Keggers:
I've got a couple of batches that I want to keg condition in my spare refrigerator prior to hooking them up in the kegerator. What techniques are you all using to purge oxygen and condition your kegged beers? I'm guessing it involves flushing the headspace repeatedly and blowing off excess O2...do any of you recommend a regiment for this type of conditioning? Since I tend to shy away from secondary fermenters as much as possible, I'd prefer to simplify and head straight to the keg.
