brewing emergency!
«

I got my setup ready, my water boiling, getting ready to brew. And I realize that I didn't order any chocolate malt. My recipe calls for 1 lb. but I'd take anywhere between .5 to 1 lb. Can anyone help me out?

Evan saved my ass. Thanks to him and thanks Schneehagen for the offer. Pot's boiling now after my first stuck sparge challenged me for about 15 minutes or so.

Glad the fellow homebrewers are helping each other out. Stuck sparges really suck, but you can get through them eventually. I make it a habit to put rice hulls in anything with over 30% wheat or anything else that might stick, just as an insurance policy.
