This past weekend's The Brewing Network Sunday Session show featured a really good interview with the Struise brewers from Belgian, who were named as the best brewers in the world this year by ratebeer.com. It was a really intersting intreview and the brewers shared a lot of good information. They also did a collaboration brew with Shawn Paxton, a well known chef who works with beer-related menu items. Shawn posted this recipe on his site and it looks very intersting. I think I might try to make it.
